  • Pickup: Available from our Żabbar location

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Gift Orders

Gift orders can be delivered without a price tag upon request at checkout.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Custom or personalised items (once available)
